3. Prohibited Use

Customers may not use TracyHost services for unlawful activity, malicious software, abuse, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, or activity that threatens the stability or security of the hosting environment.

4. Third Parties

Some services may depend on third parties. TracyHost does not have legal or operational control over third-party services and is not responsible for changes, outages, or policies controlled by those third parties.

5. Suspension

TracyHost may suspend or restrict services when reasonably necessary to protect the hosting environment, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms.

6. Billing

Fees, renewal dates, refunds, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout and in the customer's account. Services may be suspended for unpaid balances.
